Fix Instant Judge's public support page so real voting, user-post creation and delayed result reveal are described truthfully. Remove unverified thousands-of-scenarios and immediate-results claims, correct the Internet requirement and provide full 17-locale introductory and feature text. Add Play download CTA in the hero with anonymous placement-level campaign tags; preserve the detail CTA. Add the page to non-destructive manual VPS publication and fail-closed live checks; include regression tests in CI. No production deployment or Play Console changes.
