Protect users if the daily FX API fetch fails open with outdated bundled reference rates. GitHub fallback
site/src/data/rates.jsonis currently dated 2026-09-03, but this does not prove production rates are that old, because prebuild fetches fresh data. Component now renders a prominent translated alert when embedded rates are >=7 days old or malformed/future-dated, in all 17 locale variants. Added prebuild checker (npm run check:currency) validating reference rates, USD base, valid update date and 17 stale-warning strings. Normal prices/rates and formulas unchanged; no indexability edits. Validation: 17 JSON files parsed, all 17 date placeholders present, positive rate entries, Node test script syntax. Not executed: full Next build, published VPS smoke, actual rate API fetch.
