At the same time, the entire mask was adapted to the Aruna v3 API and transferred to shadcn-vue Components.
This makes it easier for users to follow the form and easier for the developer to create a consistent responsive behaviour of the components.
Current version was kinda broken as it produced errors in development mode when refreshing the dashboard.
This component can be used to display an arbitrary string which can switched to edit mode with a double click. On save the updated value is send to the parent component via event 'updated-value'.
This is a rudimentary integration without checks for permissions etc.

This PR introduces a new SearchDialog component for quick search previews and updates the /explore page to use the latest API version.
