fix(api): prevent deep merge in share response for arrays - #4927
Fixes a bug in Content Sharing where removing a user from the OTP access list in the Manage Access modal sent the correct API request, but the user stayed in the UI.
Cause
Item.shareSuccessHandler deep-merged the API response into the cached item using lodash merge. Lodash merges arrays index by index, so an array in the response that is shorter than the cached one never shrinks. When an entry was removed from shared_link.one_time_passcode.allowlist, the stale cached array was passed back to the success callback and rendered.
Fix
Replace the deep merge with a shallow, top-level merge ({ ...cached, ...response }). Fields returned by the API now replace their cached values outright, and cached fields that aren't in the response are kept. This matches how Folder.folderDetailsSuccessHandler already updates the cache.
This also fixes the same stale-array behavior for other shared link fields that can shrink after an update, such as allowed_shared_link_access_levels and allowed_invitee_roles.
Testing
Updated the shareSuccessHandler unit test to expect cache.set with the shallow-merged item instead of cache.merge.
When shareSuccessHandler finds a cached item, it now uses cache.set with the cached data and updated response. The tests reflect this behavior.

Summary
Update cached item data src/api/Item.js, src/api/__tests__/Item.test.js
When a cached item exists, shareSuccessHandler shallow-spreads the cached item and updated response into cache.set. The cached-item test checks the new call, and the uncached-item test no longer checks that merge is not called.
box/box-ui-elements#4917: Adds OTP shared-link settings that pass through Item.updateSharedLink, which uses shareSuccessHandler to cache the response.

A cached share response can lose nested fields in a narrow partial-response case; preserve those fields before merging.

Explanation
The title names the actual change: the share response handling for arrays no longer deep merges. The changeset replaces cache.merge with a shallow spread in Item.shareSuccessHandler and updates the matching tests, so the title is related to the main change. It uses the conventional fix(api) prefix and is concise. Title scope is slightly narrow, since the summary describes a cache write change rather than arrays explicitly, but the PR objectives state the same goal.

Add an array-valued field to the cached-item fixtures.
The cached-item test does not exercise the array behavior this PR changes. MOCK_MERGED_ITEM and MOCK_UPDATED_ITEM contain no arrays. For these fixtures, a spread and a lodash deep merge produce the same object. A regression back to merge would therefore still pass the setItemStub assertion.
Add an array field to the fixtures so the assertion distinguishes replacement from deep merge:
With this change, the spread result sets tags to ['new']. A deep merge would produce ['new', 'extra'], and the assertion at line 188 would fail. The uncached-item test still passes because it uses the same fixtures without a cached value.
The successCallback assertion at line 190 compares against getItemStub's fixed return value. It does not check the value written by set. A stateful cache stub would close that gap, but it is secondary to the array check.

Update MOCK_UPDATED_ITEM and MOCK_MERGED_ITEM in the cached-item test to include
a tags array with differing values, so the setItemStub assertion distinguishes
array replacement from deep merging. Keep the existing assertion and
uncached-item behavior intact.
