feat: List additions from the MD3 spec #5164

Motivation

#4976 audited the List components against the MD3 list spec. #5143 covers its 6.0 part: tokens, spacing and typography, the selected state, the accordion animation, and typed leading and trailing slots on List.Item. This issue tracks the rest. Each item adds API, so it can ship in a 6.x minor.

Scope

• Single-select and multi-select modes for List.Item and List.Accordion
• An overline text slot on List.Item
• Trailing supporting text on List.Item (check first whether the trailing slot from feat: modernize List-related components to the latest MD3 specs #5143 covers it)
• Several independent trailing actions on List.Item
• Draggable, swipeable and toggleable list items
• Three-line rows on web (feat: detect three-line List rows on web (PoC) #5091)
• Check List.Subheader's colors and type against the MD3 subheader spec
