Apply the configured group wait interval only between groups, not after the final group has completed. Results, ordering, empty-host behavior and per-group parallel execution are unchanged.
Dual-Ruby deterministic models cover one and multiple groups. The unchanged suite passes 218 tests /3,411 assertions; syntax, package and Rails integration pass. No repository tests were changed.
