Hi, I'm Bhadresh Gabani, a network architect based in Virginia. My recent work is running the network as code instead of manual config: datacenter networking with EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, BGP, MLAG and Cisco vPC. It has become my favorite passion and the skill I keep building.
The design lives in a source of truth, Infrahub, the configs come out of templates, and a lab runs everything so I can break it on purpose and see what happens.
- Cisco-vxlan-evpn: two Cisco NX-OS VXLAN EVPN datacenters joined by EVPN Multi-Site, 134 NX-OS, FortiOS and IOS XR configs generated from Infrahub, tested in containerlab, with zero-touch provisioning. Hardware: Nexus 9364D-GX2A, 9332D-GX2B and 93180YC-FX3; FortiGate 3800G, 1800F and 120G; Cisco 8201 (IOS XR); Opengear console servers.
- infrahub-arista-dc: a 30-switch Arista EVPN/VXLAN datacenter built in Infrahub and tested in containerlab, with zero-touch provisioning. Hardware: Arista 7060DX5-64S spines, 7280DR3-24 border and service leaves, 7050SX3-48YC8C server leaves and DMZ, 7050DX4-32S edge; Arista EOS 4.36.2F (cEOS-lab in the lab).
