Catalogue changes for Send Back, which lets the receiver of a DM's opening payment return it from the bubble. Spec: orchestrator docs/specs/chat-send-back.md (Analytics section).

Events

Mixpanel name When it fires Records
Sent Cash (new Context value Send Back) Once per Send Back swipe, after the return succeeds or fails The existing outcome and amount group. Recipient Count is not sent.
Send Back: Tapped (new) Each tap of Send Back, after the balance check, before the confirm sheet or the insufficient-balance modal appears Has Balance: false when the receiver's balance of the payment's token is too low

Together they give the funnel: offers tapped, blocked by balance (Has Balance = false), sent (Sent Cash, Context = Send Back, Success).

Neither event carries the intent ID, chat ID or message ID.

Where to send it

  • Android: ChatViewModel in the messenger feature, on the Send Back tap (Send Back: Tapped) and in the return submit path (Sent Cash). Wired in the follow-up feature PR, stacked on this one.
  • iOS: the chat screen, same two moments. iOS gets both only after the next Publish SharedCore release.

libs/analytics-events/EVENTS.md is regenerated, and TransferEventsTest asserts the new value and event as literals.
