feat(chat-list): add a checkmark to the Mark as Read icon - #1956

The Mark as Read bubble now has a check in its body, centred on the ellipse centre (12, 11) rather than the viewport, with the same 1.8 stroke and round caps and joins. ic_mark_chat_unread is unchanged, so Mark as Read and Mark as Unread stay distinct.

Adds a checkmark to the middle of the Mark as Read icon (
ic_mark_chat_read), used by the chat-list swipe action,ChatSelectionBarandChatSelection.The check is centred on the bubble's ellipse centre, (12, 11), worked out from the arc's path data, not on the viewport centre. It uses the bubble's 1.8 stroke with round caps and joins and leaves clear space to the outline. It's drawn by hand, not copied from Material or SF Symbols.
ic_mark_chat_unread(bubble plus dot) is unchanged, so the two actions stay distinct.
