fix: bump Node.js for CVE-2026-111497 and blink-server to 0.1.6 - #314

…-server to 0.1.6 Pin Node base images to releases that fix the Brotli decoder RCE (CVE-2026-111497): - blink-server and blink-agent images: node:22-alpine -> node:22.23.4-alpine - scout-agent Daytona image: NODE_VERSION 22.13.0 -> 22.23.4 - scout-agent Docker compute image: node:24-bullseye-slim -> node:24.22.1-bookworm-slim (the bullseye tag is no longer updated, so it would never get the fix) Also bump blink-server to 0.1.6 for the patch release.
