Summary

Adopts the organization plugin standards (computer-mcp/.github#15) and the plugin API version (computer-mcp/computer-mcp Documentation/Decisions/PluginAPI.md).

• Declares plugin_api = 1; minimum_host is unchanged.
• Documents the bundling order before the first release: the host may bundle an archive reproducibly built from an accepted commit; a host release requires the plugin release with the same archive digest to be public first.
• Adds release.yml (workflow_dispatch with ref and publish, default dry run), which calls plugin-release.yml pinned at 35766b3 with this repository's reproducible build and the exact archive artifact from ci.yml. Catalog notification runs only after a confirmed publication, and only that job receives the catalog secret. Releases require release immutability, which the owner enables before the first release.
• Release.md and VersioningAndRelease.md describe the dry run, manual acceptance in the release notes, and point to the organization's VERSIONING.md for shared rules.
