Summary

AGENTS.md is now generated by agents from instruction units that this repository owns.

• Units, in generated order:
  • guide: Keep the Computer Use plugin declarative, its skill portable, and its GUI verification on disposable targets.
  • shared/plugin-rules from computer-mcp/.github
• .agent/agents.json declares the selection and .agent/agents.resolved locks it. The ignore rules track these and .agent/instructions/; the rest of .agent/ stays local.
• Sections no longer in AGENTS.md under the same heading: First-Principles Work, Canonical Artifacts, Task Route, Authority, Boundary Guardrails, Operating Notes, Repository Guardrails. Generic principles are no longer copied here; shared routes and review rules come from the organization's units; README and the docs own product and architecture facts.
• Shared workflows are pinned to computer-mcp/github-workflows@36a8e11, whose policy accepts the tracked instruction files.

Verification

• agents instructions update reports no changes, and agents doctor reports no problems.
• The organization's pinned source policy passes on this branch when run locally.
• git diff --check is clean.

Merge order

• The shared source computer-mcp/.github is pinned to ad4901b until its pull request merges; after that, the declaration follows the default branch and the lock fixes the revision.
• After computer-mcp/github-workflows merges its policy change, the workflow pins move to the merged commit.
