The `context` entry Skill now carries an anonymized checklist template under references, explains how to register from a filled checklist, and the planning Skill asks once whether one exists before inventorying sources. Background
Teams often arrive with material already in hand — repositories, docs, chat threads, dashboards — but no shared way to list it. The entry Skill could read such a list, yet nothing in the plugin offered a starting point, so every team invented its own.

plugins/context/skills/context/references/source-checklist.md: an anonymized English template with a section per source kind (code repositories, skills and plugins, documents, conversations, platforms and live sites, notes and attachments), each a four-column table (link / description / owner / update dependency) with two example rows, plus five reference structures and a start-up prompt.contextentry Skill: a new "A prepared source checklist" subsection explaining how to register from a filled checklist — one row is one source, the dependency column decides registration versus one-time citation, the owner is who to ask — and that a checklist is never required.context-planSkill: a new step asking once whether a prepared checklist exists before inventorying sources, with the template path.plugins/context/repo-installfor all hosts.Compatibility
