Summary
Adds the root
renovate.json, which extends the shared presetlocal>cooper-square-technologies/.github//renovate/default. The shared preset only opens PRs for Critical/High Dependabot alerts that have a fix. It never opens version-update or hygiene PRs. Dependabot alerts don't change.The org Renovate runner in
.githubpicks this repo up once the matrix PR is merged. A local dry run would open no PRs today.Renovate commits are
