Summary

tests/darnit/remediation/test_plan_contract.py takes its steps from every framework TOML but registered only the baseline plugin's handlers. Since #643 gave GT-01.01 a gittuf_initialize remediation, the two gittuf cases fail with "Handler(s) not found" whenever the file runs without tests/darnit_gittuf earlier in the same process: green in the full suite by test order, red on its own (bisected to 712cfca; reproduced on main and on #633's branch). The gittuf plugin's handlers are now registered alongside the baseline's.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change fixing an issue)

Testing

  • Tests pass locally
  • Linting passes

test_plan_contract.py alone: 149 passed (was 2 failed). tests/darnit/remediation + tests/darnit_gittuf green on the VM.

…emediation steps

test_plan_contract.py takes its steps from every framework TOML but
registered only the baseline plugin's handlers. Since darnitdevorg#643 gave GT-01.01
a gittuf_initialize remediation, the two gittuf cases failed with
"Handler(s) not found" whenever the file ran without tests/darnit_gittuf
earlier in the same process: green in the full suite by test order, red
on its own (and in any PR that runs the file alone, as darnitdevorg#633's review did).
The gittuf plugin's handlers are registered alongside the baseline's.
