About

Senior software engineer at AEL Sistemas (defense & aerospace). I design architectures, lead teams and ship products across GIS data processing, automated test platforms and AI-powered analysis tools. CS degree from UFRGS.

Outside work I maintain a family of C++23 header-only libraries for procedural generation of people, places and data. They compose into complete characters, and they all run live in the browser via WebAssembly.

Repositories, stars and followers

Open-Source: the generator family

Every library is MIT-licensed, header-only, seedable and documented on GitHub Pages. Try them in your browser →

Putting it together

Library What it does
persona-generator A complete character in one call: country, city, birth, body, name, interests, occupation and personality, each conditioned on the last.
generator-cli Bulk generation from the command line as JSON Lines, CSV or JSON, repeatable with a seed. Binaries for Linux, macOS and Windows.
generator-tech-demo Every library compiled to WebAssembly with Emscripten, plus a persona demo.

Identity

Library What it does
name-generator First names and surnames from 105 cultures, composed into full names by each culture's convention.
nickname-generator Name-based and random nicknames from custom wordlists.
birth-generator Demographically plausible birthdays from UN population data.
biodata-generator Height, weight, eye and hair color, blood type.
trait-generator Weighted personality traits with conflicts, synergies and Big Five axes.
interest-generator Religion, hobbies, films, games, books and music by country, age and sex.
occupation-generator Employment, education and jobs from ILO labour force statistics.

Places and contact

Library What it does
country-generator Random countries with geography, politics and culture metadata.
city-generator Population-weighted cities from GeoNames data.
address-generator Postal addresses with real streets, in each country's format.
email-generator Addresses in each country's naming style, with a safe mode for reserved domains.
phone-generator Numbers valid in each country's plan (195 countries) via libphonenumber.
user-generator Synthetic user records for apps and test data: username, email, phone, address and account details, also on npm as @dasmig/user.

Foundations

Library What it does
entity-generator Composable entities with typed components and EnTT / Flecs adapters.
dasmig-core The shared foundation vendored by the libraries above.
