Add an end-to-end logging check using a real
FileHandleron the shareddatabricks.sqllogger. The test runs a kernel query and verifies Python-driver and Rust-kernel records are written to the same temporary file.Testing:
git diff --checkand Python syntax compilation passed. The live kernel E2E was not run locally because pytest and the kernel wheel are unavailable; the kernel E2E workflow provides both.This PR was created with GitHub MCP.
