🔵 Low — Scope note: the PR title/description say "fix two incorrect Kernel claims," but the diff also rewrites the
_disable_pandasrow (❌→✅ on Kernel) and substantially expands the_use_arrow_native_decimals/_use_arrow_native_timestampsrows with new behavioral claims (unconditional decimal re-cast, timestamp string surfacing +cursor.descriptionmismatch). I verified all of these against the code and they are correct —_disable_pandasis honored on the kernel path via the inherited_convert_arrow_table(result_set.py:97, readingconnection.disable_pandas), andconvert_decimals_in_arrow_table(utils.py:734) does re-cast todecimal128regardless of thedecimalAsArrowflag. The only issue is that these extra changes aren't mentioned in the PR summary, so a reviewer skimming the description could miss that four rows changed, not two. Consider updating the description to cover the results-rendering edits. There was a problem hiding this comment.

Agreed, but not actionable in-tree. The reviewer verified all four changed rows in CONNECTION_PARAMETERS.md are correct (I re-read line 140 and neighbors — the _disable_pandas ❌→✅ change and the decimal/timestamp expansions are accurate), so no file edit is warranted. Their sole request is to update the PR description to note that four rows changed, not two — an out-of-band change to the PR summary that I cannot make with the file-edit tools available here. A human should update the PR description to mention the _disable_pandas row rewrite and the _use_arrow_native_decimals/_use_arrow_native_timestamps behavioral additions.
