decdn v0.2.0 raised the node's upstream probe timeout from 500 ms to 1 s (decdn/decdn#2533). The "Probe collection latency" panel still named the old bound, and a p95 near 0.5 s as the slow-or-unreachable-peer signal. The chart ships this file through its files/monitoring symlink.
