Roslyn dependencies must not be auto-bumped under maintainer policy. This rollback restores the seven packages updated by an auto-merged aggregated bump.
5.9.0→5.0.0for Common; CSharp and VisualBasic; and their Features and Workspaces packages.src/Directory.Packages.props; no other packages, code, tests, or Dependabot configuration changes.
