Adds Web App Security Skill under Tools > Testing.\n\nThe linked MIT project publishes v0.5.3 as a local-first CLI/npm package, Claude repository plugin, and GitHub Action. Its default source audit performs local checks without network access; active network probes require explicit authorization. Reports separate confirmed, suspected, unknown, and not-applicable evidence and keep repair proposals review-only with retest records.\n\nThis PR changes one list entry and makes no precision, adoption, or endorsement claim.
