…ess closed The database service edit page opened with three page-header sections (Live API, Pipeline, Access) laid out as wrapped flex children, so the Live API header sat beside its card and Pipeline beside the Access matrix, and the connection form only began after the matrix. With 313 roles the page was 12,182 px tall before the first config field. New order, single column: health panel, Live API (closed, base URL in the header), the connection config form, then Pipeline (closed) and Access (closed, header reads "N of M roles can reach this service"). Closed sections do not render their body, so the roles x verbs matrix costs nothing until opened. Adds df-disclosure, a shared hairline section with an eyebrow, title, one-line summary and chevron; the whole header is the button (aria-expanded, aria-controls, focus ring, reduced-motion safe). Also replaces three H1 page headers inside the form with section headings.
