Move configuration content from administration-guide to a new top-level modules/configure/ Antora module. Preserve admin-guide nav entries for pages moved by other PRs (Extend, Integrate). Move persistent-user-home image to configure module. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
