Removed cmake update step from the build workflow and adjusted pip install command for cffi.

Windows pypy not working due to twine binary not being available. Install Python3.14 just for twine? Also note pypy comes with cffi preinstalled so if cffi produces any errors fix msg be to remove attempt to upgrade cffi. |
