Guide could not run on Postgres.

Before

• Drivine 0.1.6: Neo4j, FalkorDB, Memgraph and Oracle only.
• No Postgres profile, compose service or JDBC driver.

Now

• Drivine 0.2.0 (pom.xml and codegen-gradle/build.gradle.kts).
• postgres Spring profile (type: POSTGRES, port 5432, POSTGRES_* overrides) and a postgres compose profile on pgvector/pgvector:pg17.
• org.postgresql:postgresql at runtime, beside the Oracle driver.
• The store tests (users, personas, stats, ingest) also run on a Postgres test container, on by default: 25 more tests, 183 in all.
• README: Postgres in the backends table, run example, settings, and how to browse the tables with psql.

Depends on embabel/embabel-chat-store#47 and embabel/embabel-agent-rag-graph#70 being merged and their 0.7.0-SNAPSHOT / 0.6.0-SNAPSHOT builds published on Drivine 0.2.0. Until then CI resolves the older snapshots, on Drivine 0.1.9.
