Motivation
The L1 integration test run timed out and was canceled while uploading blobs. The RPC repeatedly rejected
eth_sendRawTransactionwith:The older SDK generated version 0 blob sidecars, while Geth required version 1 sidecars with PeerDAS cell proofs. Failed uploads kept retrying without making progress until the job timed out.
This change upgrades the SDK and aligns the integration test verifier with its blob encoding.
