Release 0.9.3: reservations follow the closures calendar everywhere, imports use the scraping pipeline - #529
Honor closures throughout reservations and cover 100 edge cases #528: closures are honored throughout reservations. Capacity, the public and request calendars, approval, activation, reassignment, pickup, NCIP and the calendar feeds read the same effective return day, so a closure cannot hand the same days to two readers; covered by a 100-case acceptance matrix and its review follow-ups.
Scraping: imports use the web pipeline; ISBN-10 lookups keep their real identifiers #526: CSV and LibraryThing imports, bulk enrichment and cover sync use the same ScrapeController::byIsbn() path as the scraping form, which accepts an ISBN as typed; ISBN-10 lookups keep their real identifiers and book club reconcile matches both ISBN forms of an edition.
This PR
version.json 0.9.3, the CHANGELOG entry and the README lead (0.9.2 demoted to a highlight, 0.9.0 removed; two highlights remain). No migration file and no bundled plugin requires_app change.

Reviewed changes
I reviewed the 0.9.3 release commit. #526, #527 and #528 are already on main (merge-base d197ed4), so the diff is only release metadata.
Version bump — version.json moves from 0.9.2 to 0.9.3. Every bundled plugin's requires_app is still ≤ 0.9.3 (the highest is 0.9.0-rc.2, in mobile-api).
CHANGELOG entry — the ## [0.9.3] heading has the exact form create-release.sh expects. I spot-checked its claims against the code:
LibraryCalendar::reservationExpired() is shared by ReservationManager and both DataIntegrity paths (audit and repair).
CSV, LibraryThing, bulk enrichment and cover sync all go through ScrapingService::scrapeBookData() → ScrapeController::byIsbn(), and each keeps its own $maxAttempts.
The api-book-scraper maps the isbn10/isbn13 variants.
There is no migration file, which matches "No migration".
README — the section is now ## What's New in v0.9.3. The lower highlights now cover v0.9.2 and v0.9.1, and v0.9.0 is dropped, which keeps the "last three versions" rule.
