Advisor-accepted read-back (Oct 22): one step in hygiene.yml's existing scheduled run, no new workflow file, failures to the existing tracking issue.
check-site-rot.py --liveon main,live-check.py. permissions: contents read only; no secret. proof-report (the only job with issues: write) now also runs after a live-check result, so a failure opens or comments on the ONE proof-failure issue (job name in bin/proof-pages.txt), and a green day closes it; TAG is passed empty unless the proof watch decided to run, so a day with only the live check never writes the proven-release artifact.
