The docs homepage led with two component introductions before showing the language quickstarts, while the stable and experimental Python APIs were easy to conflate. Lead with HTML/CSS PDF generation and language choices, keep components in a compact linked highlight, and put HTML/CSS first in the paired Python quickstart.
Add a dated release-status guide distinguishing stable 2.5.34 from opt-in 2.6.0a11. The alpha is already merged; it remains experimental pending the public namespace/migration contract, independent-kit integration convention and independent author feedback. Existing component guides, downloads and examples remain available; the notebook discovery links now live in the component status guide, with browser checks following that route.
Validation: strict MkDocs build and all 150 HTML pages' internal links pass. Six introductory snippets and 13 commands pass against installed stable 2.5.34; the paired quickstart still produces identical PDF and preview bytes. Desktop and phone browser checks cover the homepage, status navigation and both quickstart tabs. Both notebook discovery routes and actual downloads pass at three widths, including comparison with their pinned public source. The snippet verifier now identifies the authoring path from its tab label and no longer expects the removed homepage component example. Installed alpha source checks and 20 focused theme/migration/class-name tests support the release review; no runtime or package version changes.
