Add a Cloudflare Workers guide and a downloadable invoice endpoint using the published
fullbleed@0.8.0package and pinned engine 2.5.29. The project includes a lockfile, editable Northstar template, bounded JSON input, private PDF attachments, and local tests. Link it from the Node quickstart, invoice examples and guide navigation while retaining the existing examples' explicit version pins.The guide distinguishes local workerd qualification from unverified hosted CPU, memory, startup and free-plan behavior. It explains HTML/CSS input, component styling and both embedded and separate CSS paths.
Validation: the real ZIP installs with
npm ci --ignore-scripts, bundles with Wrangler, and passes six PDF cases plus ten error cases over local HTTP. Independent PDF checks and exact PDF/preview comparisons pass. The source ZIP is reproducible; strict MkDocs builds and Chromium desktop/mobile navigation and ZIP downloads pass, with screenshots visually reviewed. CI repeats the locked download check before deployment.
