The browser, React, Vue and Next.js starters install older Fullbleed releases. Pin their manifests and lockfiles to published npm 0.8.4 / engine 2.5.40 so copied examples receive the current text-decoration fixes. Update the version notes and release-evidence link. Framework versions and unrelated lockfile entries are unchanged.
All 25 CI jobs pass. The 12 retained starter artifacts verify 1,169 browser checks, 98 unchanged ordinary PDF downloads, 150 existing engine-fix documents, and 17 Next.js standalone checks on each of three platform/runtime combinations. Local fresh installs match every file in the public npm tarball. Real Chrome editors and Next.js downloads pass, including mobile widths and keyboard activation. Desktop/mobile screenshots and the actual invoice were reviewed.
This updates example dependencies only; it does not change the engine or publish another package. No hosted-provider or application-authentication claim.
