A card slot is declared under `storage.microSD`. The base's own wiring is
`"interface": "sdmmc-1bit"` with `clk`/`cmd`/`data0` pins on the SDMMC host.
`"interface": "spi"` puts the card on an SPI host (`spiHost` `spi2` or `spi3`,
`maxFreqKhz` up to 40000, default 20000) with `mosi`/`miso`/`sck` pins and one
select line: `pins.cs` when it is a GPIO, or `outputs.cardSelect` on the
expander when the board routed it there, in which case the line is held low for
the mount and the card must be alone on that bus. The Waveshare 7-inch and 4.3B
boards are wired this way:

Reject an expander card-select on a host shared with the QSPI display.

The shared-host check accepts an expander-driven card select. It compares only the bus pins. The card select is held low on an expander line, so the card stays selected on a bus that the display also drives. Display transfers can then reach the card. The repository documents this select style as one where the card must be alone on its bus. A GPIO pins.cs is the only card select that the tests accept on a shared host.

Review comment at @src/boards/custom-target.mjs at line 236:
Update the shared-host check for SPI microSD and QSPI display so an
expander-driven card select is rejected when both use the same spiHost; allow
the shared-host path only when the card select uses GPIO storageMicroSD.pins.cs.
