Moves uv from 0.13.4 to 0.13.5 for VULN-3216 (eMudhra CA compromise). Follow-up to #417, which went to 0.13.4.
0.13.4 removed the eMudhra root from uv's bundled store. 0.13.5 also rejects certificate chains that contain the compromised eMudhra intermediate keys (
rustls-webpki0.103.16), and its managed CPython builds ship pip with certifi 2026.10.19.Changed: the same uv pins #417 touched:
devenv/config.ini[uv](URLs, four sha256s,version) and theghcr.io/astral-sh/uvtag indocker/backend.Dockerfile,docker/mcp.Dockerfileanddocker/static.Dockerfile. The sha256s are the official.sha256files on the 0.13.5 release, and they match the tarballs I downloaded.Verified locally:
uv lock --checkpasses with 0.13.5 for the rootuv.lock(unchanged).sdk/uv.lockalready fails--checkon main with 0.13.4 too, so that's pre-existing and not touched here.devenv/config.iniparses.Not verified: CI and image builds. The images only get the fix once rebuilt.
