Apply the framework's base path to the managed tunnel automatically #25467

SvelteKit and Astro already pick up their base path, but other frameworks still need tunnel: { basePath } set by hand. Read it from each framework's own config:

• Nuxt: app.baseURL
• TanStack Start: router basepath
• React Router: basename
• SolidStart: server.baseURL
