When I try to run this command on copilot cli, i see this error resource busy or lock. I tried removing the installed-plugins directory and restarted my computer. Hitting the same issue to uninstall plugin too.
/plugin update azure@github-copilot-for-azure
/plugin uninstall azure
Affected version
GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.398.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Running either of the following commands
/plugin update azure@github-copilot-for-azure
/plugin uninstall azure
Expected behavior
plugin should have been updated without error or get uninstalled
I ran into a similar issue today as well on GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.71-0. Copilot mentioned it was likely due to having multiple instances, but even after terminating those processes, I still faced the same issue.
This appears to be resolved as of GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.103. Please update to that release or a newer stable version. We're closing this as completed. If it still happens, please comment with your version and reproduction steps.

This happens whenever I have multiple copilot instances open on windows and it makes the marketplace plugins essentially unusable for me.
