The openai topic is already widely used on GitHub, with tens of thousands of public repositories, but it does not yet have a curated Explore page. ChatGPT and Whisper already have topic pages, and adding OpenAI would help people discover the related APIs, SDKs, and research repositories. This is not self-promotion.
