Summary
Request per-rate taxAmounts in the standard CalculateCheckoutSessionTaxes mutation.
Preserve the existing aggregate totalTaxAmount.
Enable validation of whether checkout tax calculation returns separate jurisdictional tax amounts, such as country and regional taxes.
