Summary

Upgrades the native Android Navigation SDK from 7.9.0 to 8.0.0, including the required build-toolchain changes, Dart API migration, example updates, and regression coverage.

• Upgrade AGP to 9.0.1, Gradle to 9.1.0, and compile SDK to 36.
• Preserve minimum Android API 24 and Java/Kotlin JVM targets 17.
• Migrate native destination and simulation requests to callback-based overloads.
• Add NavigationRouteStatus.routingTimeout throughout the native bridge and Dart API.
• Remove deprecated display options and legacy GPS availability APIs.
• Regenerate Pigeon bindings and Mockito mocks.
• Update examples, tests, and Android test tooling, including Robolectric 4.17 and Java 21 for unit-test CI.
• Remove the final-resource-ID override incompatible with AGP 9’s optimized resource shrinking.
• Add a focused migration guide (MIGRATING.md).
