Add migration utilities for redirecting legacy and interim tier URLs to the new nested structure. Update story paths, link validation, smoke tests, and documentation to reflect the Components/tier/component hierarchy.

…nts package Make `web-components` fully standalone by bundling `gd-design-library/tokens` and `/icons` instead of externalizing them. Consumers now install only `web-components` and import `defaultTheme` directly from it. Update README, package.json, Vite config, and stories to remove `gd-design-library` install instructions and import examples. Move `gd-design-library` to devDependencies.
… from published .d.ts files Create `token-names.ts` with literal token-key lists (radius, checkbox sizes, typography variants, icons) so published type definitions stay self-contained without importing `gd-design-library`. Add `token-names.spec.ts` to validate lists match real tokens. Introduce `default-theme.ts` that re-exports `defaultTheme` with untyped token groups to prevent transitive imports. Configure Vite build with flat, readable output file names. Update harness files to consume built package from `dist/`.
