check-image-updates: digest-pinned images are parsed into a bogus image and skipped #68

scripts/check-image-updates.sh splits each compose image: at its last :. A digest-pinned image such as busybox:1.37@sha256:9532d8c3… becomes the image busybox:1.37@sha256 with the digest as its tag. fetch_tags then queries Docker Hub for library/busybox:1.37@sha256, the request fails, and the image is logged as "Failed to fetch tags, skipping" on every run.

halos-core-containers pins busybox this way in its docker-compose.yml, so that image never gets update checks.

To fix it, strip the @sha256:… digest before splitting off the tag. Then decide whether a digest-pinned image is updated, which needs the new digest too, or skipped on purpose with a log line that says so.
