The English and Spanish customization guides describe Follow-up, store promotions, and the Agent-step wait notice without showing their controls. Complete those sections with 28 native desktop and mobile screenshots from isolated fictional data, for 17 static figures per language. Preserve all 40 original PNGs and the complete guide structure and links; use the accepted percentage-discount detail and clarify the promotions panel's narrow-screen presentation.
