Complete the Spanish and English CSAT Pulse guides with 20 native application captures covering question editing, static preview, positive and negative replies, and escalation configuration. Each scene has desktop/mobile and ES/EN variants. Retain both existing Service Quality report images and explain their fictional CSAT figures beside them.
Correct eligibility guidance against the application source, including the 14-day contact/conversation cooldown beginning at question creation. Preserve all 12 headings and 24 ordered guide links per locale. Captures use an isolated fictional local fixture; no customer survey, delivery, response or assignment was executed.
Validation: Ruby 3.3.6
yarn buildand security headers passed; 22 source PNGs match 44 built copies. Reviewed both full guides at 1440, 580 and 390 CSS pixels: 56 page segments and 36 figure details. Local HTTP checked 52 resources, 48 links and eight excluded evidence paths. Evidence is underdocs/editorial-work/captures/csat-completion-20261011/and remains excluded from the site.The historical report's smallest mobile labels require the adjacent explanation; the five new configuration figures are legible in all reviewed views. The inventory closure cites the actual preceding verification commit. Public preview and production verification are recorded separately after deployment.
