Adds image sizes for galleries (table), product grid/list blocks and the logo to the email image sizes article (EN and ES).
Also corrects the widths: content is 592 px at the default 640 px email, so the 2× values are recalculated. Originals and sources are recorded in docs/editorial-work/image-size-guides.md.
