• The autonomy grant. A draft intent, plus a proposed ADR and a decision record: the person grants what their sessions may do alone, until a time they set, by an explicit command and never by a sentence in chat. The grant sits apart from the waiting-on badge, which agents write. Granted sessions run inside the sandbox fence. A session never force-pushes, even when asked, and the check that stops it is deterministic. The planning interview's answers are recorded as Decisions 1–22. The grant joins the autonomous-agents bundle, which ships as one release.
• The merge-and-cloud draft. The part about letting abcd merge its own pull requests, and what a cloud session may do, is split out into a draft of its own.
• Bundle back-links. The checklist and coordination drafts now link to the grant.
• Hold-ups from the autonomous run, captured:
  • nothing enforces working in a worktree;
  • the checkout's git hooks were not installed;
  • the load gate can starve every preflight, with new evidence that an on-access scanner throttles the tests while load average does not show it;
  • building an issue just captured needs a round trip.
  • the generated index lists conflict on the forge whenever another record lands first, and each conflict costs a fresh preflight.
