…write The product thinker's rulings of 2026-10-27 (dcn-2610271112331508, dcn-2610271112339516, dcn-2610271112330235) reverse two accepted rules, and they are one coupled change, so one ADR records both: - adr-2610290238168123: each command's behaviour lives once, in its command page, which the documentation-fidelity check reads; the brief states the design and why, as the target design with a status tag where built. It supersedes adr-2609231028044006, whose shape rule (the generated appendix, prose that states no flag or sub-verb) it carries forward unchanged. - The brief-size study of 2026-10-25 moves into the research notes as the ADR's evidence, with the outcome of its three rulings. - itd-2610290239150589 is the draft intent for the rewrite itself, which the 45 consistency majors deferred past v0.15.1 wait on. The filing match proposed refines links to two unrelated records; both were removed. The ADR index is regenerated. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5
…ite intent Both said most of the pass's 1,301 records came from the command chapters' second copy. The pass read the brief and the intents against each other and compared no command page; what its summary supports is that 1,080 of its 1,307 findings had a passage of the brief at one end. The ADR's rejected alternative also cited the ruling in a quoted phrase; it now names the ruling's first point instead. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5
A rules domain names its home with a bare path, and the link check reads markdown links only, so a renamed principle leaves a dead pointer that the loader keeps injecting while every check stays green. Refs: iss-2610300120250873 Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5
… restating them The decision kept the brief-specific answers of the ruling because the rewrite intent that carries them was not yet in the record; it now is, so the decision points to the intent's scope and to the study, and keeps the dated event. The ADR's first decision restated the rule the principle holds, and now names the principle. Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-5-5

Brings the brief single-home records into the record, checked against the one-home principle (#1243) so the two don't restate each other.
Records only, with no code change.
