Adds instructions for updating an existing isschecker environment to the README and the getting started page, as Heiko suggested by email. With releases coming often, the README, getting started and installation pages now also say to update before checking a submission, and to run --version afterwards to confirm the release.

The command is the one already on the installation page, conda update -c conda-forge isschecker, rather than conda update -n isschecker --all, so only the checker and the dependencies it needs are updated.

This also moves the agent instructions from CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md, so agents other than Claude Code can use them. CLAUDE.md now just imports it.

Releases are coming often while experiments are still being added, so
modelers need to know how to update an existing environment. The README
and getting started page now show the update command, and both they and
the installation page say to update before checking a submission and
show --version to confirm the new release.

@hgoelzer, following your suggestion on ismip7-scalar-processing#13, this now also moves the agent instructions to AGENTS.md so any agent can use them. CLAUDE.md just imports it with @AGENTS.md, and the skills stay in .claude/skills.
