Replace on the card, the cut via none, masking after View is taken away, the zip size cap, the export folder and CSV cells.
Per-type required and the Missing documents page are gone: which papers complete KYC differs per customer.

The customer documents add-on: document types, upload in the customer form and on a Documents tab of the customer page, masked ID numbers, Download all, delete, restore and erase, and the Activity log. Needs ISPGrid 0.1.2.
