Add a short explanation of how this tool fits an accountable workflow, with a relevant ITC service link and explicit integration boundaries. Preserve installation structure, license notices and security guidance.
Validation:
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests: 42 tests passed on Python 3.14.3.git diff --check, local Markdown links and unique headings passed. The referenced ITC service URLs returned HTTP 200. Existing fenced examples are unchanged except the verified npm/tag version pins where applicable. No functionality, permissions, licenses or release artifacts change.Note

Adds a Using a handoff in a workflow section to the README, placed before Contributing.
It states that a passing structural check is only a starting point for the next reviewer—they must still validate evidence, authority, and acceptance criteria—and that the CLI does not integrate with task systems or prove an end-to-end handoff process.
It also links ITC’s IT Operations Workflow Review consulting offering and notes that implementation and ongoing operations are out of scope for that engagement.
