Unify generation-side and rendering-side model families in the extracted model #350

Description
Subtask of #233 — closes the issue's core acceptance criterion.
The processor carries two ~90%-identical model families (BuilderDefinitionDto/FieldDto/... generation side vs. GenerationTargetClassDto/MethodDto/... rendering side), which drives Sonar's duplication gate. In the extracted simple-codegen model artifact, merge them into one neutral DTO set:
- Single model describing classes, fields, methods, constructors, generics, annotations, javadoc.
BuilderToGenerationTypeMappercollapses into direct analysis→model mapping.- SonarCloud new-code Duplication no longer flags the parallel DTOs.

This is the fundamental design to separate generic generation of classes from builder specific DTOs. Is fixed by the parent issue here!
