Shade codegen artifacts for easy consumption #365

Use the Maven shade plugin to bundle the codegen artifacts (simple-codegen + chosen backend) so consumers don't pull many small artifacts/dependencies transitively — keep the public surface identical while reducing the dependency tree.|
